MAC Lipsticks for Christmas Occassions

Hey guys, as the festive period is upon us I have decided to do a bit of a different post, I was originally going to do a "Top 5" style winter edition for MAC lipsticks, but then thought I could make things a bit more fun and interesting by pairing a lipstick to Christmas activities, a bit cringe I know but hopefully you will stay with me on this one...

For... The Ice-Skating Date Night: FAUX

My number one all time favourite holy grail mac lipstick. I have repurchased this 4 times and wear it at least once a week no matter what time of the year. The warm nudey tones can be combined with most winter eye shadow looks, meaning it will once again be my go to lipstick this season. Perfect to complete a girly and simple look on date night! 

For...Christmas Shopping with friends: VELVET TEDDY

I know - a bit cliché (sorry!). But this browney nude is - in my opinion - is worth the type. It doesn't matter what look you go this winter as this lipstick will give you a polished finish to complete your simple yet classy look for Christmas shopping

For...Christmas day: RUSSIAN RED

Definitely a Christmas day essential to me! Offering a warm bright red with blue undertones,Russian red is the perfect red for the big day.

For...Baking Christmas goodies: BLANKETY

A lovely neutral that offers warm pink tones to complete a natural look for baking over the 
festive period

For...The Christmas Party: MEDIA

A dark and dramatic lipstick that will glam up your make up look for the Christmas party whilst giving it a bit of edge. 




This is just my opinion and obviously you can mix and match these lipsticks to whatever style or occasion you want! Its just a way of giving people some inspiration based on my preferences!
